Your UPS account includes UPS SmartPickup (https://www.ups.com/us/en/shipping/services/value-added/smart-pickup.page) to your taproom. This allows us to provide you with a flat-rate pickup service for all UPS deliveries. These are automatically scheduled when you print your shipping labels.
You may, however, want to bring your UPS deliveries to a local UPS drop-off center instead. This is totally fine. If you would like to do so, please submit a support ticket (https://bevv.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and we'll take care of it.
At this time, you MAY ONLY have all UPS deliveries picked up or none of them. Bevv does not currently offer a hybrid approach. If you choose to not receive SmartPickup and need a driver to pick up the packages instead, Bevv can accommodate and will need to bill you for that specific pickup.
